Where does my timetable data come from? expand_more
Your timetable is generated automatically from module and scheduling information published on UKZN's own systems. VacityFlow is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UKZN — we simply simplify how that information is presented to you.
Should I trust the timetable 100%, without checking? expand_more
No. Occasionally venues, times, or modules change on UKZN's side faster than our sync can catch, or a scrape may miss a detail. Always double-check important lecture times, venues, and exam dates against your official UKZN student portal before relying on them, especially early in the semester.
How do exam timetable alerts work? expand_more
We monitor UKZN's website for the release of each semester's exam timetable. As soon as it's published, we filter it down to your registered modules and send you a notification — so you don't have to keep refreshing the UKZN site yourself.

You can start focused study sessions using a Pomodoro-style timer to work in structured intervals with short breaks, helping you stay on top of coursework between lectures.

Yes — the to-do list lets you log tests and assignments with due dates so they show up alongside your timetable and reminders.

We surface the latest notices published on UKZN's website, such as vacancy announcements, research paper calls, and general campus notices, so you don't have to check multiple pages yourself.

What subscription plans are available? expand_more
We offer a Semester Plan (a once-off payment covering a single semester, no auto-renewal) and a Monthly Plan (billed every month, auto-renewing until you cancel). Payments are securely processed through Paystack.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, in line with our Terms and Conditions, except where required by law.
How do I cancel auto-renewal on the Monthly Plan? expand_more
Open Settings > Subscription in the app and turn off auto-renewal, or email us at support@vacityflow.com. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
